The BridgeBuilders project is dedicated to more collaboration in healthcare.
It is about building links for the future; connecting people, building trust and facilitating relationships – key components of successful collaboration – so that our future leaders will be able to lead together.
BridgeBuilders encourages everyone, especially those in leadership positions, to reach out and cross organisational boundaries.
“(…) It has to start somewhere and it will be small steps, but almost anything is possible ~ Dr John Buckley. Read our key messages here.
The passionate stories about collaboration on this blog are a reminder to us all that the sum of the whole is greater than its parts.
We hope that, over time, these stories and personal messages will steadily grow. Click on the photo tiles on the home page to access the blog posts and please get in touch if you want to publish your post about building bridges here.
Unity in diversity
“Trust comes first” ~ Dr Nicole Higgins.
There is no political agenda, no lobbying of single issue topics, no affiliation with existing organisations or groups and no commercial interests. We are not creating another membership organisation.
Instead there is a focus on finding common ground and supporting shared goals, acknowledging our diversity at the same time – it’s about the inspiring causes that get us out of bed in the morning.
Healthcare needs more bridge builders. Want to know more? Read our story so far.
